“Easy to buy from, but shipment tracking and delivery weren't ideal. The pallet was delivered without notice and left a distance from the house.”

“Good product, good price, delivered in a timely manner. Only quibble would be that splitting every pack of two rolls and packing again in separate cardboard boxes seems a little wasteful (unsustainable?)”

“The product looks good and arrived well wrapt. I was informed that there was a slight delay of delivery due to increased demand. It was only delayed by 3 or 4 days. I was informed that it had been shipped but I didn't receive a delivery date. Fortunately I was at home when it arrived the delivery driver was very helpful.”

“Very good service. After ordering online they took the time to call me to explain that the paint i ordered would come straight from the manufacturers the next day. The only problem was that somewhere between the online order form and the courier it got sent to my home address instead of the job where i was working. Which meant that i travelled 60 mile round trip for nothing as i needed the paint that day. So i would suggest that if they are not 100% clear on the delivery address to make a further phone call. Other than that i would thoroughly recommend celtic sustainables.”

However, it looks like the delivery went to the address you specified on the online order, including the proof of delivery from the supplier. “Excellent service - I sent for four paint samples of Painthouse and earthborn - Painthouse samples arrived the next day and earthborn the day after, well wrapped and good to go. Now to shortlist my colours!”
