“Brilliant service, and so easy to arrange. Arrived exactly on time and the problem was resolved in 45 minutes. Highly skilled, very professional, no fuss or bother and the dishwasher works as good as new. The cost was very reasonable and very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Top, top, service.”

“I cannot praise CB Domestics highly enough. They have supplied us with/repaired our domestic appliances over the last 21 years. This service has frequently been provided at short notice, as we have an autistic child and cannot live without a washing machine. The latest example of their excellent service was the installation of a washing machine supplied by another company, which had been deemed 'too difficult' by the company in question. CB Domestics installed the machine in question within 10 minutes. Thank you very much indeed.”

“Absolutely fantastic service again from CB Domestics. The fan and element on my aged Belling cooker failed today - the Friday before Christmas on the Monday! Mandy was so lovely over the phone and assured me it would be sorted - and within the hour Colin was here doing just that. We would never go anywhere else for either repairs or for purchasing an appliance - their customer service is second to none - thank you so much for saving our Christmas!!!!”

“Great service: they came when they said; they replaced the belt on my tumble dryer as they said they could, they charged a fair price, and they left the place tidy. Great company; if only all service providers behaved like this.”

“Great, professional and friendly service. Diagnosed the problem with my non-draining washing machine, quickly and fixed within 1/2 hr. Fair price and additional advice given about maintenance of the machine. Couldn't ask for better - highly recommend. Thanks Colin.”

“Newish American F/f manufacturer couldn’t supply a replacement ice maker !! CB Domestics came out within a day assessed sourced and replaced within 3 days Now that’s what I call service ! Well done and many many thanks Tim”

“My oven broke on the Sunday. Phoned CB Domestics on the Monday morning, they then came Tuesday morning and took about 5 minutes to fix it. Engineer was prompt, phoned ahead to give ETA, and was knowledgeably and friendly. When I originally phoned, the person who answered was friendly, helpful and clear with times and actions. Would recommend the company 100%”

“Washer dryer died. Friendly office staff sorted a repair visit and explained costs clearly. CB Domestics engineer came and identified a loose connection to fix our Biko washer dryer. We discussed we had a previous AEG washer dryer in the garage that another company had not been able to fault find. CB Domestics took the AEG back to investigate the problem as a training exercise. After two weeks they called us having fixed it and tested it for multiple washes to ensure it was fixed. The cost including the parts, delivery and installation was really reasonable. Great company and service.”

“Telephoned to discuss repair for my mums washing machine, due to the make and the cost of the parts, I was given honest and helpful advice over the phone on what to do next without needing the call out. We have always used CB domestics, Colin is great as is Mandy, they always go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help. Would always highly recommend them if you need something!”

“Really excellent service, definitely 5 star! I can not recommend CB Domestics highly enough. The engineer came out immediately after our call, took away our old appliance for recycling, and fitted a very good reconditioned one all for a very reasonable price.”

“From the initial phone call right through to completion the work, the staff were very friendly, informative and efficient. Very prompt service from the engineer. The work was carried out very efficiently in less than an hour and was very reasonably priced. We would definitely use the company again.”

“From the moment I contacted CB domestics, I felt really reassured, somehow, when your washing machine stops working, it makes you wonder when anyone will come and repair it, and, also how much! The lady Who answered was so helpful and booked us in amazingly quickly, then, Michael, the engineer came and fixed the brushes! Job done! Price very reasonable, and excellent customer care. We will use this firm again, and recommend.”
