“I have purchased 2 garments from you. The service and delivery was great. I had to return one garment as it was too big and asked for an exchange or refund. I sent it back recorded delivery as suggested. If this all goes ok then I cannot fault buying from cavells. Still in progress.”

“I have ordered 2 items different sizes so have returned one. The service was excellent from easy ordering on the website to the fast delivery. Returning the item was easy, you do have to pay for postage but a few companies do this so not a problem. The clothing was beautifully wrapped which makes a great change nowadays. Would definitely order from this company again.”

“What a wonderful shop , the staff are so friendly & helpful ! I don't think I've ever been into a shop where the staff have ever been so attentive & helpful & polite ! My husband & I were amazed ! We would definitely go there again . We also liked the cafe ! My daughter & son in law also shop at Cavells & think what a lovely shop it is too . Thank you to all the lovely staff .”

“The service was exemplary. I ordered a pair of Shoe The Bear loafers from Cavells as they were £30 cheaper than anywhere else - competitive pricing. They arrived the next day which was a Saturday - I hadn't expected them until Monday or Tuesday. Well done, Cavells.”
