“I ordered some VEJA Venturi trainers, they were in the sale for £75, I then got a notification during the day to say I’d had a partial refund. Turns out they reduced them further and applied it to my order even though I’d already paid. I am so grateful for the kindness of strangers. They also shipped them super quick too. I can’t praise Cavells highly enough.”

“Delighted with purchase. Speedy delivery and beautifully wrapped. One of my purchases had sold out and I had an email and a missed call. The money was never actually taken from my account. So although disappointed that the item was unavailable was very pleased with the communication and refund.”

“What a fantastic service this Company provides! Deliveries are very fast and the items are in pristine conditions and packaged in a clean and perfect manner. The customer service has been of superior standard as well. I hope they will take on more brands going forward, to give buyers a wider choice, but other than that, 10 out of 10.”

“Happy first time customer! In a local boutique store I saw the Oakwood gift leather khaki trousers and it was love at first! However, the price tag meant I couldn’t justify buying them. After googling I came across Carvells who had the exact pair in my size in the sale at half the price! So I decided to go the whole hog and buy the Shoe the Bear Agda leopard boots too after watching one of your reels on Instagram! Prompt shipping and items packaged very well! Thank you 😊”
