“Hello, your clothing, delivery services and the quality of the clothing is very good. The only difficulty was the sizing of the Schoffel clothes. I had to get a size 14 gilet after returning the size 12 as it was too tight, however I was advised by my family to get a size 10 cotton cable knit sweater, and that was a good fit. I think you might get a lot of people returning goods and asking for a different size. I hope this helps, Christine”

“I like the ease of buying locally, but sometimes find that the clothes for sale are not really Oakham and the countryside! The new Schoefell department is good, but I would like to see more fashion for the older ladies, not frumpy, but not so many frilly dresses, this isn'tLondon! I have been a customer with you for 18 years, and usually found things I like, fashionable but classical as well!”

“Very disappointing experience when buying pair of Schofels shorts marked size 34". Actual waistband on shorts turned out to measure 37". This is my second purchase of same shorts and first pair ( from another retailer ) again had a greater waistsize than that marked on the label. Something badly going wrong with Schofels quality control giving me unnessary chore going to the post office plus cost of return. I will be unlikely to buy Schfells product again”

“Delighted to find a ZYGA LINN LAUNDRY Marie Linen Gauze dress that I wanted and ended up buying two of them (second one in a different colour) as they were such a good price. Delivery by DPD was free and efficient. Overall a great service and super selection on the website. I’ll definitely be back for more!”
