“Absolutely exceptional company. I ordered a dog collar and through no fault of Cavells there was a delivery problem. I called to find out what the delay was. Iona called me back within 5 minutes to explain what had happened and refunded the post (totally unexpected and un asked for,,,,,but appreciated) and the collar turned up next day. Beautiful quality collar going to get the lead now. Wish all companies were as friendly and helpful.”

“Great customer service, they added a delivery note to my parcel and posted it promptly. Plus the price was a good 50 GBP lower than available here in Sweden even after shipping costs!”

“Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful when exchange necessary. Shortest possible turn round time for receipt of replacement. Return paid postage would have completed a perfect deal with such a valuable order.”

“Beautiful boots (have 2 year old pair in walnut) - brilliant price reduction made me go for the black too - they are so comfortable and classy looking - and the black looks smart at work (have already worn them 3 times!) they are much slimmer than many 'country' boots so actually look quite elegant while also being very warm, tough, waterproof etc - a great combination would definitely recommend - although they are 'pull on' (no zips) and slim so won't suit everybody”

“I first received the wrong item and had arrange for this to be collected and then received the correct one. However, although the item was reduced the website did not say that one of the pair of trainers was a different shade to the other, possibly as one had been on display and faded accordingly. This was a shame but my grand daughter wanted to keep them. Overall not overly impressed with service or goods”
