“Bought an induction egg pan as these are quite limited in range. Did half expect the item to be non-stick, but its does require a good dollop of oil for a mess free egg, noted not listed as non-stick Handle doesnt stay cool, so not as described Shipping was a lot more than £2.99 Royal Mail at £6.75, think ive been overcharged with this. Maybe its expensive to subsidise Paypal costs?”

Hi Mark Thank you for your review. This is our company review page (as opposed to product reviews) and so to address the delivery costs comment... we despatch everything by tracked overnight courier, we don't use Royal Mail. We don't make any profit on delivery charges, in fact as you probably realise, at £6.75 the cost is subsidised from the true cost of the courier service. We only charge this subsidised rate on smaller orders and on larger orders we absorb the delivery costs completely. “I have only recently started ordering from CaterSpeed having switched from another supplier and they have been great. The service is great, if there is an issue the matter is resolved quickly and with no fuss.
