Always helpful on the phone, excellent choice on the website. Twice I’ve had to return goods, I ordered by mistake. Have received refund immediately on receipt.

Paid for next working day delivery but didn’t arrive until third working day! I requested refund of postage which was provided so no issues but the emails involved in this from you could have been improved upon by actually apologising to me for the inconvenience caused! Not a mention of this! I have been a customer of Castle for some time albeit indirectly using Amazon until this direct order from you. Thanks Phil Fox

My interaction with Castle Hot Tubs took place during the current coronavirus lock-down, so it is really unfair to say anything negative. Product was replaced with alternative because of shortage - no problem. Delivery was slow - not their fault. Accidentally charged for postage - refund no problem. I'm sure they will be 5 star normally - perhaps that's what I should put now!!!

Had a problem with one low price item that did not stand up to time of its expected life --- received full instant refund on emailing photo.
