My wife almost gave up trying to make payment due to time it took to get someone to answer, if it was me I would have hung up.

The quote was competitive and as I had good service last year when I needed to make a claim, to renew was most acceptable.

can find more excuses not to pay a claim than you can think of.that is not covered despite saying that i wanted full cover.would never insure with them again.

Phoned for an update on my house insurance, the assistant gave me the best deal without any hassle. Paid, job done.

Have renewed with Castle Cover this year, as we had to make a claim last year for one of my husband's hearing aids.We were fully compensated right away, and have only praise for the way the matter was dealt with. E.Green Waltham Forest

Efficient, helpful and not bad prices. Staff always peasant and cheerful on the telephone, things happen when they say they will, hence I now have been a customer for several consecutive years.

I had forgotten to renew my home insurance and rang 6 days after my renewal date. When I rang a was put through to the wrong department 3 times one of these was even the wrong company. Fortunately the person that rang me back the next day was very helpful and sorted me out quickly as my main thought at this time was to change companies.

There have been considerable delays in getting hard copy paperwork to me of over 10 working days - this is totally unacceptable and have raised this with Castle Cover and they blamed Royal Mail !! . I was also badly misquoted on the initial quote offer for rental property by over £80 and had I not queried this and had a revised telphone quote Castle would have lost the business. The staff member handling this apologised for the obvious mistake.
