“I have used Cassells for several years and have never been let down once, staff are always on hand to help you out. Easy to order with an online account and delivery is quick. Even if they do not have stock of what you are looking for, they are more than happy to shop around and find the products required.”

“Not a great experience, all items were showing as being in stock however they emailed to say one item was on back order, just so happened it was the item I really needed. I told them to ship the other items and leave the item on back order. It was ten days before I received anything. Everything else was fine and I would consider giving them another go however if you cant trust the online stock levels then its not a good situation”

“We as a company have been using Cassells for a number of years and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much trouble for them even if they do not stock what you are looking for they try to help in anyway they can. Even sending taxis so parts reach you on time.”

“The order was delivered efficiently. However, it was not the product ordered - differing in dimensions. Whilst this substitution was acceptable, it would have been preferable for this to be communicated in advance of delivery.”
