“Colour of the product differed from original picture, also the overal product disappointing and Varys from other purchases made. However I objected strongly to the intrusive phone call basically questioning my decision for returning the item. That is not good business practice ! It almost felt like how dare I say it fell short of my expectations . Bullish tactics sorry will never deal with you again.”

“Company produces good quality cashmere. I have four jumpers and three scarves and love wearing them all. They hand wash well too. I have ordered a couple of pieces which I have returned as the shape or colour were not quite right for me and these have always been handled quickly.”
