“it kept giving me a broker website which was NOT what I wanted I really needed a loan straight away direct from the lender not via a broker”

“After I applied for a loan through your not very well explained website, I was directed to SafetyNet Credit. I then filled out the application only to be directed to a page which asked for my full login, password and memorable information to my online banking for my bank. I don't think I need to tell you that, that sounds very dodgy and like a scam which might take money from my account without my knowing. It's fraudulent and there is no reason whatsoever that you would need access to that information if it was legitimate. If this is Cash Lady and you are a reputable business then you should really check who you're passing your customers on too. Very dissatisfied.”

Hi Devon, we are a loan broker and work with a panel of selected 'trusted' lenders who are all FCA authorised. Safety Net Credit provide a service that gives them visibility of your bank details to (amongst other things) prevent customers from going into unauthorised overdrafts. You can see full details on their website, but we certainly appreciate that it is unusual to be asked for these details.

“I was very dissatisfied and dissapointed of returning the favour of the offer, has from all of it, why is it that 'Chose Wisely' always comes through, I have always said when you are making a application for a loan, why is it that somebody else always comes through. Not Very Happy with the Services at all. I'll be writing about this on Twitter, to let Everybody else to know.”

Hi David, We (CashLady) do not work with Chose Wisely. Could you please tell us how you got to them? Also we are a broker for short term loans, not a lender so this is the nature of our service. Many thanks Customer service team, Money Gap Group
