“Never received my item! DPD dumped it on my doorstep when I was away for the weekend, and it wasn’t there when I got home! I received no delivery updates from this company to tell me it was being delivered. Contacted the company asking when I could expect my delivery, was how I found out my parcel was missing, received no help from them, they could not care less! They’ve got my £173 so aren’t interested in what’s happened to my parcel! Meant to be investigating with courier but haven’t communicated at all! DO NOT use this company, they are absolute cowboys! They are allowing couriers to leave parcels In unsafe places, they’re accepting this, so are part of the problem! This issue is meant to be between them and the courier, but they’re happy to allow the customer to be affected! If a box is on a doorstep, the photograph is meant to show the door partially open, mine doesn’t. Courier states I accepted the parcel, but I was away, so this is a blatant lie! Time stamped, photographic evidence showing I was away with my family was submitted, but ignored! Who’s to say the courier didn’t lift the box, he lied about me signing for it, so has proven the he is untrustworthy. DPD are also banned from my property so shouldn’t have received this parcel in the first place, all factors this company are choosing to ignore! ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOT! YOU WILL ONLY BE RIPPED OFF IF THERE’S A DELIVERY ISSUE! THE AFTER SALES TEAM ARE AWFUL!***”

hi Laura, as previously communicated the parcel was left as you have previously given DPD permission to leave - unfortunately they didn't leave in the previously requested area. there is a ongoing investigation with DPD (reference 15976787847889) while I agree entirely the time taken is longer than expected - we have acted on the incident asap. You have opened an open Paypal dispute - therefore that is in Paypal hands. we have also received two negative reviews online from us for what seems to be something outside our control. Also on our site we even state we use DPD on the checkout, but you continued to order with us, even though there seems to be some kind of prior disagreement with yourself and DPD.

“I ordered the CRG100 after my second sharp 102 gave up. I did not want a system that was going to charge a monthly fee so opted for the mentioned model. It was delivered quickly and easy to program. Does the job I wanted it to do.”

“Brought the IMIN D4 Pos bundle. Arrived quickly and very easy to order. Had trouble setting up the cash drawer opening so rung customer service. Very efficient and guided me through the set up over the phone. Would highly recommend, brilliant customer service. Till working, very pleased.”

“I needed a kitchen printer and ordered one but what I haven’t realised that our network was not able to connect with the printer. I contacted with customer service Via chat,we chat for hours to diagnose the issue and they were extremely helpful . I sent back the printer backed again to the warehouse. They uploaded the network and they sent back to me free of charge, and now I just connected the printer and it works perfectly Happy days 🎊. Less than two minutes I connected ,they were kind and thoughtful enough to send me a note inside an envelope to follow the instructions they made everything so simple and easy. They are really one of the best company in England.I very much appreciated for their help and advice. Thank you very much Best Regards to you all From Massimo’s Restaurant”

“What can I say? From start to finish I have received some of the best customer service I have ever had. My initial enquiry about choice of device was answered the same day, my device arrived ready programmed the day after I ordered it, my follow up technical query was acknowledged almost instantly and I received written technical advice tailored to my questions by the end of that day.
