“Misleading performance figures They claim their cartridges can do 3000 pages and when this is queried they blame the 'industry'. Warning to others: 1 page in cartridgesave's world means just 5% ink coverage....that's a couple of lines of text on a sheet of A4.....not what anyone would call a page. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Fine whilst everything is going well, but as soon as something goes wrong they wash their hands of it. My lexmark printer started spewing ink, so i called the manufacturer as it was still under warranty, but they said as i had used non lexmark toners my warranty was void as it was the toners that had caused the problem. Called Cartridgesave, and after 3 attempts of explaining the problem to three different people they finally agreed to send some original inks to try, which didnt work. They then sent an engineer to check, who saw the problem who said it may have been the toners but wouldnt commit it to paper. he said the belt and the imaging kit need to be replaced at a cost of circa £450. So their Pinter Ptotection Guaranteee is not guaranteeing anything. Lexmark are saying it the toners, toner people are saying its not. This has left a sour taste of both Lexmar and Cartridgesave. will not be using either of them again.”

“Very prompt delivery so we are using Cartridge Save again. A suggestion, are you going to do a return post service for used cartridges as is done by Canon? Good recycling! Thanks Aiden”

“The website was very clear and easy to use and the prices are good. I ordered my cartridges on the Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered Thursday morning, Fantastic! Well packaged too.”

“I saw your advert on the internet and saw how much I would be saving, I will give it a try. It printed like I hoped it would. Told my son who stays in coupler in fife about it, he ordered cartridges and was happy with the results. We now have two happy Campbell’s, from Scotland.”

“I am so happy and impressed with this company. In spite of worries of deliveries because of this awful virus I recieved my ink about 1.30 pm today when I ordered it yesterday. Brilliant service. I didn't expect it today at all. I've told my friend and she's ordering today. I'll keep on recommending you so thankyou so much.”

“Not the cheapest online. Do not honour their stated price promise. Buyers beware. Much cheaper prices if you google the part no. Was shocked by the response when i asked them to price match. kept me on chat until i missed the cut off time of their competitor then used that as reason not to honour their promise. SHOCKING.”

“I was told by a member of staff that their own brand of cartridge would work in my printer and it was around half the price of the Epson brand, never again will I use their own brand or Cartridge Save as Ive now got to wait another 24 hours before I can get my printer working. Soooo frustrated that I was lied to and never going to use these people again. VERY POOR SERVICE!!”

“I ordered a compatie laser cartridge from for my printer this company for just over £29. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong cartridge which was my mistake but when I opened the package the contact points were poorly done (I have photos) When I phone the company they refused to accept return with refund as I had opened the package (I would never have seen the poor workmanship without opening) and they offered a 10% discount on the next order! I lost faith with this company and went to Cartridge People and they provided absolutely excellent service. I strongly advise thinking twice before using this company!”

“Unbelievably fast. Ordered printer cartridges (7 No.) at 4.30pm in the afternoon and it was delivered to my door at 8.30am the following morning and I stay in the North East of Scotland. So much for other companies charging for delivery (which cartridge safe do not) to so called "Highlands" and taking 3 days. Very well done.”

“Not to trust anything they say over the phone. The next day delivery service is not true. Bad service and I will not recommend to anyone - they use royal mail on an un-trackable service and 3 days later or never your order arrives! dont rely on them if you are a business”
