Delivery was good but the toner prints blurred and the print quality is poor. I will stick to the Samsung originals in future

Cartilage worked okay in the beginning but after a couple of days the ink started blocking the nozzles .Despite repeated cleaning did not improve print jobs .Printer is a Brother series so in the future i will only use genuine brother ink which is a lot more expensive but worth it .Overall disappointed and wont be purchasing again. In this instance you definitely get what you pay for .

I have been buying from cartridge shop for some years and I appreciate the speedy delivery of printer inks but ordering online seems to has got much more complicated and longwinded recently and if is not simplified I will go elsewhere.

delivery ok but major overkill with packaging. Not acceptable...a small padded bag would have done and could have been delivered through letter box and not by a large van and two people. will not use again.

I have inserted Your New Cartridge in my Lexmark X5650 but I am getting the following message - Cartridge Error Consult User's Guide I googled this message and followed the instruction but still getting the same message My Friend mentioned I should try the original Lexmark Cartridge but I do not want to waste my money buying another Cartridge as they are quite expensive Please advice if you aware of this message

After printing 5 pages the black faded then the colour went pink I will not buy again.

You take to long to deliver if we order from Amazon we get them next day.

Initially I managed to order the wrong ink despite using your printer selection. You did a great job of the return but I ordered using the lady who did the return. When the replacements turned up they were not genuine Samsung inks but some fake copy. The return was done great again but there was no point sending the replacements as we're on holiday in Wales for the next 4 weeks.

My printer XP700 refused to recognise your cartridges as not genuinexpensive so refused time print!!!!. Been a waist of time and money....

The cartridge was of poor quality and I had to buy another one from Tesco. The printing came out with a line all the way through the letters. This has not happened before and the new cartridge solved the problem. Sorry I don't mean to be nasty I would rather you guys knew so perhaps can rectify things moving forward.

Ok, I mis-read the order and thought I was getting original cartridges. My fault! When the compatibles arrived I decided to give them a go. Only installed black but took me ages to get it to print with constant error codes. Eventually worked but can't clear the empty ink light. To be perfectly honest, I could have spent half the money having them refilled at my local shop. I have bought originals for only a few pounds more and will not make the mistake of buying these compatibles again

I followed the steps correctly to get the right ink for my printer but my printer keeps rejecting it.

Inks are not working correctly. Only printing in light blue and that is faded and some writing cannot be seen
