well when looking at my ik levels coming up on my hp printer it doesn't show my ink levels now and has a explanation mark next to the colours now cos it doesn't register the iks so can't tell when will be running out as now finding out it isn't a proper hp ink cartridge and also has been refilled it seems so now didn't realise this as it never said on-line unlike others on-line so hope that my computer will be alright now.am pretty annoyed as should of said on-line all details about the cartridges cos now my printer isn't able to let me know now what it always has before.

I am terribly sorry we let you down with our delivery service. I see the order was placed on the 6th and we had confirmation of delivery from our courier that the order was delivered and signed for on the 7th. Have you still not received the order ? The cartridge for my Epson XP 630 was the devil of a job to fit. It is a different shape to the originals.

Sadly the delivery time for genuine inks too long - I didn’t note that genuine products came from Jersey until I had placed an order. Frankly i will have to continue to buy from local shops even if the price is higher. Sorry !

When I ordered I thought I had ordered a black 301 cartridge and colour 301 because I normally pay about £20 for both from Amazon. As the advert stated no cost for postage thought the price compared. I received just one colour cartridge for £18 and it said part of this payment was £7.99 postage. Will never buy from this company again and wish I hadn't bothered!!!

Thank you for your review. I see you purchased an Original HP 301 ( CH562E ) Colour Ink Cartridge for the advertised price of £18.38. I apologise for any confusion regarding delivery charges. All of our prices include postage and delivery - the price on the website is the price you pay. As your goods were dispatched from Switzerland we have to include a postage and handling charge on each packet. This is not an additional charge, it is included. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping/handling costs. Delivery is included for deliveries in the UK. Good service but the low priced cartridges are messing up my printer - seems this Canon printer won't accept anything but original cartridges! Can't afford to waste time and money like this!

I purchased two toner cartridges from Cartridge Shop in error, as I thought that I was buying them from a different company with a similar name (Old age can be a real bugger sometimes). The last time I purchased toner cartridges from Cartridge Shop they didn't last very long. My printer display gave all the indications that the cartridges were 100% full when new, however, the toner level indications soon began to drop at an alarming rate, even when I was not printing colour images. The ordering experience and delivery service is excellent (hence the two stars), however, the products supplied last time were disappointing. I only hope my latest purchases last much longer this time.

I am very impressed with the delivery service, arrived within one week of ordering, however, all my coloured printing is Blue! Not ideal when trying to teach children colours!

I am sorry to say that the cartridges would not work on My Epson XP342. I tried all your "tips" without success. It is probably incidental but in the end, the PC would not operate at all although I had an engineer call. I have now changed to a Cannon MX475

"Having ordered compatible ink cartridges for a Kodak printer, they did not work despite spending several hours calibrating, cleaning and trying to get them to work. I now need to purchase a new print head as it has been effected by the ink. Very disappointed."

Purchased some compatible ink cartridges (HP364) however after just a couple of weeks of minimal use, the colours failed and all colour printing was in a purple/blue colour. I have requested a refund or replacement.

-well I ordered a cartridge by looking at your tables only for you to tell me that I had ordered the wrong one. You then told me what to order next time, now I did not think that you wanted me to order now I thought that seeing that you know what cartridge I want you would automatically order it for me seeing that you have my bank card details. well that was five days ago and I have not received anything. I have sent your catridge back so there should not be any delays. Mr I Currie

The 301xl replacement cartridge was not compatible with with my HP 2540 printer. HP are as much too blame, I know, because they introduced software to prevent its use On the positive side you gave me a full refund
