“If you have a HP Printer and its been a relatively recent purchase the you might just find compatible replacements do not work and with the perseverance of cartridge people and a number of replacements I finally got my printer back working. Thank you for your persistence and unflustered assistance I have now thrown my Birch stick away so I can't thrash the printer again now the problem is solved. I will be ordering another cartridge today and there will be 5 Stars if all goes well”

“I recently ordered 'compatible' black and colour print cartridges, which were despatched promptly. Unfortunately the colour cartridge did not work in my printer, but when I rang Cartridge People they agreed to send a replacement without any quibbling and this was received the next day - together with a few tea bags!”

“I phoned to report a difficulty I had with a coloured ink cartridge that was not printing any yellow. I explained the circumstances to a person called Liam who agreed all was not well and arranged to supply a free replacement cartridge. This was received the next day and I reported back that it worked OK. Thus proving that I had originally received a faulty cartridge.”

“Mariannne was a complete star in helping me work out a couple of printing/copying issues with my brand-new Epson printer. I had installed it and then gone on holiday, so wasn't used to trouble-shooting with the new machine. She talked me through things in easy stages, taking time to explain the different functions. She called me back the following morning to check that the ink supply was adequate. A 5* service. Thank you, Marianne.”

“Excellent professional service from Hannah. I ordered a Brother printer from Cartridge People, which was delivered swiftly. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, the print quality became unacceptable. I had to contact customer support for help, and I was impressed by how responsive and helpful they were. Hannah gave me clear and detailed instructions on how to solve the problem on my own. However, most likely the problem was a manufacturing defect, so I was offered to replace my printer with a new one. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I received my new printer within 48 hours. Thank you, Hannah.”
