Good service, just disappointed that I was not called sooner to sign documents as it took 2 days from finance acceptance to being called to sign documents which slowed delivery of vehicle

Very friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Our salesman (Andy) was very knowledgeable and talked us through the various options once we had chosen our car. I would happily come back in the future.

Great service , weren't sure when the car was last serviced but found out quickly.Music in Carstore far too loud, otherwise 5 star rating. Car immaculate, scratches on bodywork dealt with before handover. 5 year old car looks like new. Would highly recommend

Boby was excellent and very patient with me as I it took me 3 weeks to get a car that really suited me was not impressed with standard of the workshop and found defects with the car within ten minutes of picking it up that should have been picked up by the person servicing the car although this in now getting rectified next week but has been fixed temporarily

Bit too early for the review ..but so far Nice show room , good selection and Mohammed was a good sale representative. Should be more realistic about of times from purchase to delivery . Car has a fault with the ..start stop system which will not operate and will be returned with the expectation this is repaired.

It was a very pleasent trip to the car store but the prices online are very misleading as a car i was interested in was no longer affordable when certain fees were added which left we quite disappointed

Made welcome good atmosphere no pressure to buy, the sales man Steven even drove my car purchase 60 miles to my home at no extra cost ,I would return to carstore again for next purchase.

Very helpful always polite. Stephen O’Neil was perfect for us making up our minds to buy a car. He gave us information we asked for so we could decide if the car we liked was what we wanted.

Enjoyed the experience until the final part of the deal. Your representative, Gordon,was very helpful but the manager who joined us was extremely brisk and his behavior was quite powering. We needed to get away to collect my grandson from nursery but he was more interested in doing a deal. We really liked the car we had driven so we did accept the offer given. Overall quite happy with the service.

I like how you have one of your team members to try and brainwash you into thinking this review is about a sales rep and to give it 5 stars "would be much appreciated" Mr o,Neill who i dealt with on the 1st occasion was spot on and couldnt of asked for a better sales rep. He wasn't pushy into a sale which is what put us off a year ago with yourself with a Rhys who is no longer with yourselves (thank god). Mr o,Neill did everything in his power to make us feel welcome and when agreed on a hp car he made sure the car was sorted on a few niggly bits that put it to brand new perspective for a 13 plate car. 5 stars to him and behind the scenes work colleagues. But then unfortunately went downhill from there. We came in to pick the car up to be told he was having troubles with the finance system which was fair enough. He then got it accepted so about an hr later we eventually got the car. I then got a phone call to say the finance had phoned back and declined. So a special trip and a waste of my day off i had to come back next morning to resolve the problem. I was then dealing with a higher person. Can't remember their name and he did make me feel welcome and apologetic. Within the 2 hrs was back and fro of details and being declined 2,3 times. Fearing this was affecting my credit scoring. He then came through with good news that eventually he was 99.9% sure that it was going to be accepted. He never elaborated how he managed this or what details somewhere down the line had been incorrect. He then tells me to hang about untill 2.30,3.00 as it could take a couple of hrs. I got the keys back and went and done some food shopping. Time was up and tried phoning the dundee store but no answer so had no choice but to go home in a potential non financed car. So next day being monday went to work. No phone call to me had been made so about 11.30 i phoned myself again. Answered and got the results i was hoping for and the finance had been agreed. So somewhere within peter vardy sales ppl and finance had wrong info about me. I had a very stressed out weekend as the car is one of the most relied on things most ppl need to get to work etc. I had already sold my old car on the day i had been previously told it had been accepted. For me to then have to get in touch and chase yourselves isnt giving me much hope in the future if I dare say my car needs looked at under the warranty for the year. It all comes across like your more than happy to have the sale but customer care in a stressfull situation gets ignored.

My salesman, Bobby Millar was fantastic, as I bought 2 cars in the space of a week, I got to know him quite well. He wS always on my side making sure I got everything I needed. As for the cars, the one for my daughter (2013 clio) is fine, the one for me 2015 clio has been with you much more than with me since I became the owner. I have now owned the car fora week and it's been in my possession all of 17 hours, and that includes being parked from 6pm at night until bringing it back in to you by 10am. I'm beginning to feel that I've bought a car which is not fit for purpous. I've been patient and understanding but when I've drove it no more that 45 mins, of which half an hour was driving it from garage to mine and from mine to garage twice, and its been in twice, first time for a day short of a week, and now back in again, there is certainly No faith in it.

good quality vehicles at reasonable prices.only concern is lack of communication between departments because service light was on when vehicle was test driven ,although this was brought to the attention during purchase the light was still on when vehicle was handed over[how many people had been in vehicle before collection?]a return visit was made to put out service light as i was assured service was carried out a few months earlier the service book had still not been stamped.i could not fault the staff as they were very helpful and pleasant.

Found staff to be helpful and friendly, we were made to feel welcome. The one thing I would mention as a negative was the time taken to complete the sale. We were in the store for over 3 hours.

From the moment we paid a deposit to buy the car, the customer service has been poor. Promised numerous call backs from handover team before picking car up which I did not receive. Arranged to pick the car up 7 days after paying the deposit and was promised that the dent in the front of it and all scratches would be removed. Picked the car up to find that the car is still in the same condition as before and has not been rectified before we picked up. Following the above review, Alastair called us straight away to have the problems rectified. He arranged for someone to pick the car up from our home that night and replaced it with a courtesy car until our car was ready. He kept in touch regularly whilst our car was in for remedial work. We would like to thank Alastair for his outstanding efforts to put things right on behalf of Peter Vardy.
