Sales consultant David Hannah, very good. Not pushy at all. Listened to my spec and sourced a wide variety of options. Very knowledgeable about each vehicle and tailored the options to suit. He was also very attentive to my my requirements.
Hand over was more than expected, ei g some 11 days but generally the Dundee store kept me informed of progress. Pleased that they let me sell my old car privately rather than trade in as first discussed.
Financially very easy transaction.”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful. However I think the car could’ve been valeted better. I also told the salesman I didn’t want a car that had had a dog in it and I can now smell the dog smell. There is also a small chip on the bumper after refurbishment, 2 dents and a large scratch that haven’t been fixed. I have been told they will be as soon as possible though. Other than that I have no complaints about any of the staff, they were very pleasant and understanding.”

Once we had picked, relatively straight forward process, a few extra things added to the sale of the car that we had to stick to our guns to remove but other than that all went well. First car and I'm happy. 4 out of 5.”

“The car buying experience at Peter Vardy and other dealers is not a good one.. What is all the delay and pantomime about , getting prices/deal drawn up, sales person wandering around the car store, referring to manager/ trade in person.... Keeping you waiting for 2 hours . It would be so much better if you were dealt with efficiently rather than feeling like you were being worn down to agree to a deal that you really were not happy with. Eventually left the store as not happy with trade in. To be contacted next day to finally get an agreement. The salesman knew my husband expressed interest in another car and if we had not felt like we were being played, we could well have bought two cars instead of one - now my husband has no intention of tolerating that treatment from any dealer. If Peter Vardy woke up to how some customers react to being treated this way they could well get more sales, its not just myself and husband who feel this way having spoken with friends on many occasions. Finally, what on earth is the new admin fee, which is something that never existed when my husband bought a car four years ago - another scheme to squeeze more money out of customers or remove to let you feel that you have got a bargain!”
“Car store was easy to find and well laid out. I already had an appointment to see about a car which had been brought in and was waiting for me to view. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, and they were quick to contact me about a minor issue before pick up to save me a wasted journey. Hand over team was efficient and thorough, and the only delay i faced was from the finance company, which couldnt be helped by the staff in store. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.”
“Excellent salesman (Mohamed). Not pushy but got his sale by his excellent manner. Unfortunately the whole process was let down by having to return (twice) to have the brakes fitted correctly.
Nice clean showroom with attentive staff. Would still recommend to family and friends.”
