“It seemed like it was doing what they claim. But the stains came back a week or two later. I would not recommend this service. Although the technician was very nice and respectful.”

“The customer service was good, appointment made for a date within a week, I received confirmation quickly after making the call and a call when the tech was on his way - great service. However, the carpet stains returned the next morning and the carpet smells really bad.”

“Not all stains were removed in the cleaning process. Was disappointed with the end results.”

“Technician was kind and the carpets look pretty clean, however the job was done two hours past my chosen time window. Because they were late I had to cancel my doctors appointment! Slightly disappointing.”
