“Satisfied with the service and carpet cleaning. Friendly service at every contact. Carpet was cleaned precisely in troubled areas without taking very long.”

“Poor communication and customer service. It took 3 calls and nearly 2 weeks to check status of our rugs because the coordinator "was busy" and didn't return calls. No one called when they were ready for delivery.”

“Don't use this company. The didn't clean the areas they said they would. They didn't remove any of the marks on the carpets. They damaged my carpets irrevocably. Their customer services team are rude and disinterested and their appears to be no manager / owner. They are not registered on companies house. They failed to respond to 1 in 5 of my frequent attempts to contact them. When they do respond they argue that I'm not telling the truth despite clear evidence (photographic) to the contrary on the basis that 'they couldn't be in business if they did that'. And variously that apparently it was my carpets that were the problem not their cleaning.”

“The carpet cleaner missed a spot in the corner behind the door. Call them and he return a couple of days later. Apart from the above mishap, the standard of clean was good.”

“Carpet was not sticky, and it dried very fast. The cleaner removed a big stain in my bedroom but on the rest of the carpet it was very inconsistent. Overall I would rate the job as 2 star.”

“Very thorough. Carpet smells fresh and is drying quickly even in January. I like that there is no chemical residue. I still see some high traffic area discoloration although its lighter than it was before.”
