Sales Quote, “Deep pile executive mats oozing luxury” I think not.. What a waste of money, Sorry to say the quality of the mats I received are awful. Unless the order has been made wrong, I paid for the highest quality and received the lowest quality. Very thin pile, god knows what the lowest quality looks like I could have got better mats from Halfords. Communication was good, delivery was slow, fitment is exceptable.

I've checked our system and I can't see any contact from you, so I've emailed asking for some more information so can hopefully resolve this issue. It's possible that the wrong item has been dispatched in error. Delivery was within our guidelines although on the longer end of these, so please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused.

I ordered the Super option, one off the top-spec and have to say was not very pleased with the quality. They look very hard-wearing but don't give the feeling of quality or much luxury. Just over fifty pounds was not worth it for me. This product is more thirty-five pounds for me. I won't be returning them as they will do the job but really not what I was expecting. There was a small amount of damage to one of the clips but I was able to fix this.

Tesla 3 Grand with super upgrade. I have had these mats in my car for 6 months so thought now is a good time to review. They are far from terrible, but no better than a £10 set I would usually buy from Wilko or my local car spares shop. On the plus side the fit was fairly good although the left foot rest area refuses to stay in place.

The mats you've purchased are tailored specifically for a Tesla Model 3. We offer 4 qualities of carpet, Executive (one above Super) is most similar to the Tesla OEM mat quality, so you may have been happier with this quality. It's not possible to purchase tailored mats in this way from your local Wilko, these would be universal mats that would be a very poor fit for your footwell. We'll reach out about the issue with the footrest as this can be easily resolved.

Mats were good quality and the communication was good but the drivers mat was way to short and looks ridiculous i have complained but they say this is standard for Ford mats

The shape of the mat is shown top right on every product page. The Ford Focus mat is on the shorter side but this is the OEM shape, to ensure the mat does not foul the pedals in anyway.

We do offer 4 qualities of carpet and you've ordered our entry level Motor mats, these are the thinnest we offer and represent great value for £19.99. It may be that you would have been happier with a higher quality mat.

Thought they would have been heavier, do not appear to be good value for money, will have to see how they wear. Do not fit snugly in well of the car so gaps where muck and dirt gather so have to remove mats before hoovering. One location point centre out of line so had to turn it into position - not easy. Centres of location points on both carpets located too closed together. Had to force into place. Back carpets definitely on the small size. Initial views not a good buy.

Our mats are tailored to fit footwells and are a great fit, there will be some small gaps down the side of each mat as the mats are flat and do not come up the footwell.

Mats were delivered on time, but one of them had the eyelet missing to clip it to the car. Unfortunately carmats don't reply to email - so no obvious way to get help. Maybe submitting a review will help!

Orders are slow took a few weeks to arrive. The carmats were defective with broken attachments and holes not properly punched and then had to wait few more weeks to receive another lot. Then a third lot arrived also defective with holes not punched properly. Now I have all these extra broken carmats which I need to dispose of

Our car mats can take up to 9 days to be manufactured and arrived, I've checked into your original order and see that this was delivered on the 6th working day, within the lead times. Please keep the sets you've received and use them as spares as you need to.

I opted for the "Nubuck" trim. CarMats should reference the definition of the word "nubuck", which is commonly accepted as "A type of brushed leather, similar to suede". What I got, was a cheap plastic trim on "Executive" level mat quality. I am not impressed.

You are correct that the Nubuck trim is a leather like material, this shouldn't have been a plastic trim. We don't offer any mats with a plastic trim. Quality sems ok, would say I could have purchased better elsewhere though. Drivers mat is too small and no alternative available even though I have provided several pictures showing the problem. If I wish to return, which I do. then I have to pay the postage so annoyed and disappointed to be honest.

The drivers mat we sell for your vehicle stops short of the accelerator as discussed with our team, and we have no alternative template. The majority of other retailers are selling the same shaped product as ours, it's unclear where your existing mats came from.

Mats came today and were a good fit but the thickness was what I expected the cheap ones to be like. I paid double for What I though we’re going to be reasonably thick carpet but was really thin. Not worth the £45 I paid I’m afraid.

Quality of the mats in general is great. However, there are a few issues as follows that have been communicated to them prior to making this review: 1. The velcro fastening in the BMW F10 footwell is supplied as a piece of self adhesive velcro. This adhesive is not strong enough and the mat continuously comes unstuck. Car mats.co.uk offered to send new velcro to see if that works. I don't feel it will, therefore I spent several hours hand sewing the velcro to the mat. 2. The heel pad that I paid for is mounted too far back on the mat. I have size 11 UK feet, so anyone with smaller feet will have a bigger issue. This mean that my heels do not touch the heel pad whilst driving, they touch the mat Infront of the heel pad. Hopefully carmats.co.uk will take this on and improve their product.

Hey Tom Thank you for your leaving a review and for your original order back in January. This is the first time we've received feedback on the stickyness of the velcro pads, we'll certainly take the feedback on board. As you've mentioned we were happy to send out more pads but you'd resolved the issue yourself in the meantime. As discussed with our team, we're unable to position heelpads to suit every possible driving style and foot size, we do however do our best to ensure a good all around position.

Actually I have to say that I am pretty disappointed by the mats delivered. Fitted well however I paid for the executive option so I was expecting an executive feel. The pile was quite poor for thickness. I bought them to increase the value as I am looking to sell the car but they wasn’t any different to those already fitted by the lease company previously. If I was keeping the car I would definitely be sending them back!

Hi Rick Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear our mats weren't as you expected. Our Executive mats would be similar to OEM quality mats depending on the vehicle manufacturer but substantially cheaper than purchasing directly from the vehicle manufacturer.

The mats are not very good and overpriced. I paid for an upgrade on material and went with these as the 'cheaper' ones on ebay had issues with fitting of the rear mats. The mats that turned up did not fit well in the rear, had to be squeezed under seat rails. Additionally, in my opinion, they where very light and cheap feeling, with wear on the heel pad after very short use. Only positive was that their customer service were very helpful in checking that the right mats had been sent. Unfortunately they confirmed that the right mats had been sent: so had overpaid for cheap mats. Personally, I will buy eBay / Halfords next time and replace as needed.

In terms of quality, we offer 4 qualities or carpet, two above the quality you ordered. You may find that you would have been happier with a higher quality carpet.

Please consider you are given an option of leaving good feedback or contacting carmats. Poor customer service in terms of contact and not an exact fit. Lack of telephone number makes it hard to communicate with representative.

Car mats were good, the Hermes delivery was shambolic as was the packaging, and the time it took for them to arrive.

Delivery took far too long than 9 days stated. Would use again for this reason. Product is good but probably save money next time and buy some rubber ones from eBay.

Took around 5 weeks for delivery. Used the pandemic as an excuse 18 months after first lockdown. Whilst this is understandable there is no info on the site letting customers know. If you can wait this long, great option but just beware the delivery times shown at checkout are incorrect.

On website and on confirmation email says up to 9 working days to receive an oder. It's been 3 weeks already! Disappointing...

This has unfortunately constrained our production ability as all of our products are made to order. As a result your delivery was later than anticipated.
