“My car was not recently delivered (as you say). I have had it 4 years and this was an extension. This is sloppy. Also, I have asked countless times to correct my email address yet you have sent this request for a review to my wife. If you can't get 2 basic things like that right, there is not much hope for more complicated stuff. Won't be using Carleasing-online.co.uk again”

Hi Brett - we haven't sent anything out to and the only email address we have on file is yours (which begins brett) so I am not sure what you are referring to. It sounds like you are mistaking us and the finance company who you will have done your extension directly with. It sounds like they have auto generated an email to you, not ourselves.

“In my dealings with Carleasing-online I have found them exemplary. From my first encounter with Mike West, who deal; with the lease and was informative, helpful and reliable, to Lorraine who handles the admin superbly, taking care of any issues, dealing with all enquires and problems with an always affable and reassuring attitude, that nothing is ever a problem and that she will deal with it, which she always does. Both Mike and Lorraine are unusual in that unlike most people who promise to return calls, they always do. A pleasure dealing with them and the company.”

“Cannot fault my experience at all. I had been waiting 11 months for a car with a previous leasing company, who then closed down their business and left me hanging. I also live in Northern Ireland which adds to the difficulty of getting a good leasing deal. I needed a car fast and saw a Cupra Formentor in stock at a great price, and with a 30 days or less delivery time. I contacted Car Leasing Online and they dealt with everything. Lorraine answered every question I asked quickly and correctly, the car was delivered to Cairnryan port for me and was waiting for me when I got off the boat. All in all, from ordering to collecting, the car was on my driveway in around 3 weeks, which is amazing for a customer in Northern Ireland, and the car itself is faultless. Very happy indeed.”

“This is the second time I have used carleasing-online and dealt with Glen and Lorraine specifically. They both go over and above to help you with any query you have, including replying on a weekend or on a day off. Glen, without even asking, looked and got an even better deal on a car I was ordering, it was a significant saving over the contract and I was over the moon. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to lease a car.”
