“Same day response, knowledgeable technician who fixed water damaged key fob. Also programmed new fob and cut blade. Very impressed with how they got us back up and running within couple of hours of making the call.”

“Staff were friendly and professional but despite booking in advance I was told to wait over an hour before my car could be seen. My appointment was at midday and my car didn’t get seen until 13:20. There were then issues with the pairing of a new key which resulted in me having to wait 4 and a half hours for my keys to be paired. Sometimes issues arise and delays are occasionally inevitable but the communication was poor. I spent hours without updates or explanation, consistently being told “20 more minutes”. Despite being sat in the waiting area the whole time. Ultimately the service provided was of a good quality and the staff were friendly but consequently my entire day was ruined and I had to cancel other errands I had on the day.”

“Old fasioned service as rarely provided today. Very polite and fast. Engineer spent a long time checking keys and car ignition system. They changed a battery in one of the keys all without charge. They then left the warm building to come into the freezing cold weather outside to guide me from the parking space outside. Would definately recommend. This was done at their N2 shop”
