“Had a minor leak but needed fixing. Making the appointment over the phone was easy and hassle free. Andrew turned up on time and was very polite. He had a bit of hassle having to go outside and switch the mains supply of but he never complained and made a joke about it. Very efficient, a job well done. Best choice l ever made joining this club.”

“The kitchen sink stopped draining the water away yesterday evening - Wednesday 14 September which caused a serious problem. I was therefore very pleased and grateful that the engineer arrived promptly this afternoon and unblocked the pipe so that the water now drains away as it should.”
