“I like ordering form car parts 4 less , but every time I go the Crewe store I have to wait for 10 minutes , no staff or service. Always in the back , no bell to ring , just have to stand there hoping somebody in the room behind the desk sees you.”

“Fantastic fast delivery. Easy to order the right part with your registration on the site. Price is set very high so I only by when an offer is on. Which is nearly all the time so just keep an eye on the price. Fantastic otherwise thanks.”

“I have based my star rating on my historic interactions with CP4L The latest purchase didn't go well, however - the air filter I bought for a 2008 Honda Jazz 1.4 didn't fit, although I used their parts chooser. Irritating but not the end of the world. I got a no-quibble refund and have found this company to be good in the past.”

“Good, handy service. Euro car parts site seems a bit easier to use/navigate. If I'm picking up in person from Euro car parts I'd like the option to pay cash at the store. Generally though, a good service from both companies, e c p staff at Carlisle branch always helpful.”
