Avoid!!! Ordered a birthday present...maybe it will arrive for the next birthday.

Most important part of picture was cut off. Shipping took 3 1/2 weeks though said it would be 3-5 days.

It is regarding the personalized sequin cushion. Apparently, they do warn that the photo coloring may not be fully covered due to the process but on seeing the samples on the website it looked acceptable to me and was just the right gift for my friend but, on receiving it it looked awful.The photo I wanted on the cushion was of a dog and it looked like it was in a snow storm,there were white dots all over it. I emailed and explained this as there was no way I could send it as a gift and was told that as the image goes through the process it causes the sequins to move and these are the parts that are missed in the colouring.Obviously this isn't always the case because the samples shown do not depict this.Also their policy states there is no refund as the item has been personaliz.As a pensioner I can ill afford to lose money like this so I am very disappointed in fact had it been possible I would have given no stars

Ordered a birthday gift for my grandson paying for 2/3 days delivery as it was ordered a week before his birthday and therefore adequate time. However, after 3 days and no delivery, I contacted them to find out why and was told the item was due for dispatch in 48 hours, which meant no chance of receiving it in time for his birthday. Absolutely furious. Then told my refund would take 10 days. With modern banking systems there is no justification for that whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN.

Customer services are terrible, don’t trust this company. Don’t waste your money. Go to a company who can deliver a good quality service. Who has ever heard that to enjoy the quality of a poor digital reproduction of a photo one must stand back so that you can’t see the poor reproduction. Shocking service

Ordered 3 canvases. 2 were fine but 1 very poor print quality and unacceptable. Returned for a refund but at my expense.

Received 2 framed prints for £90 promptly. However quality was unacceptable. Prints were faded and stretched to fit the frame dimensions. No perspex/glass sheet. Response was ‘items are as they are displayed on the internet’ On reviewing and comparison with pictures from Art galley websites he was correct. So they are knowingly selling stretched and faded prints. Well done. Returns cost £20. Lesson learned -I should have checked the reviews from review websites, not their own! Refund was prompt however. I imagine it’s well practiced

Whatever you do, Don't purchase anything from this company! Shipping says 3 to 5 days To the U.S. took a Month - Item received not as advertised. Their FAQ's I can't find them Which they claim what they sent me was as advertised - Their refund policy is a lie states for ANY REASON now they say it's customized no refund- and their customer service is non existent Save your Money! You can thank me later!

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received. Ordered the Las Vegas wallpaper but it doesn't match in a lot of places but does in others. They have said it has been put up incorrectly. I've sent pictures and videos to show how bad it is and asked how it could have been put up incorrectly if it matches in some places and not others but they either ignore you or blame you. Appalling customer service. 6 weeks I've been trying to get a refund and they said that I can have a new one at cost when the goods are FAULTY. Disgusting!! I don't see why I should have to pay for it to be taken off and put back up again when it's their fault. I've never had such problems with a company before. The website says 'edge to edge' but its not. You can also see the white lines down the paper. PLEASE AVOID this company.
