“First order had a crushed canvas from the shipping. No return response from customer service. When I contacted them at canvas on the cheap. No working phone number to get a hold of someone just goes in circles when you choose an option. Every option they give says not a choice. It is wrapped bulky and the side border shows on the top front of picture..Corners that are stapled down are bulky. When I emailed customer service said they gave me a ticket on my first complaint, but there was no ticket number for me and no follow up.”

“The screen went sideways to landscape view and I cannot change it back so I can’t even see what the text says or what the pictures look like!Also, it said that I would get a free upgrade to rush shipping but I was charged more than $35 for regular shipping! Please send me advance proofs asap as I don’t want canvases I could not even see. There is.nowhere listed to fix these issues but the payment process apparently went through. Very disappointing— The Interface has no option to get to help until after checkout — and once it flipped to landscape view , half the screen was cut off so I couldn’t even see the images or read all the already confusing instructions . This is terrible design”

“I previously ordered a print on nov 21st and have never received it, contacted them they said they would send a new one, this is now december 17th and I still haven't received it. It was a christmas gift so I am disappointed”

“If you want a canvas for a gift do not use this company!!!!! I placed my order December 1st 2023 and the canvas will not ship until Jan 10 2024!!!!!!! The charge for shipping was $9.99. All the while they are advertising shipping on 24 hours and sending coupons on a daily about ordering still being able to receive a canvas before Christmas.”
