“My birdcage arrived on Friday a couple of days after ordering on normal delivery. On time and perfect for what we need. I am very pleased with the service as the man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful indeed.”

“I've tried calling the number again and it shows you only work Monday to Friday. I'm extremely upset by the experience I've had so far as I feel canine concepts have given me a horrible experience from Thursday. Horrible. My relative who is very ill is now extremely panicked and I feel terrible. Why did I have to choose canine concepts? Why did your website have to look straight forward and offer services that weren't even available? Why when I was sent tracking information was I only sent a number but not even made aware of who the courier was? Why was I not made aware then that the order was split into two deliveries with separate couriers? Why do I still not know who is delivering the second part of the delivery? Or have any tracking information. Apparently it was supposed to come yesterday but by who I don't know and I have no notes through the door to say anything was attempted. I'm absolutely devastated. I suffer a lot with mental health not that I should have to advise this. I'm going through a LOT right now and this entire experience has taken a toll on me and my relative. Which I was trying to order all in one go for next day delivery for her to try and resolve a large stress she had been having. We are at home providing 24hr care to this relative and I've spent two days crying trying to explain that I don't know what's going on with her items. I never thought one order could have so many errors. I will never order from canine concepts again. I am returning the item that was delivered and don't even know how to return an item I have no tracking for. They could say it's been delivered and I don't even know because I know nothing about it. The guy I spoke with on the phone on both occasions was very unhelpful and made me feel annoying. I'm devastated.”

“Thought I ordered express delivery, customer service had a poor attitude when I e mailed them. Vetbed mat finally arrived after a week but by then I had to purchase elsewhere as was in a hurry for bedding. Arrived well packed and good quality but poor communication despite my e mails.”

“Excellent service. Been ordering these boots from Canine Concepts for 5 years since my dog had an embolism. The boots fit perfectly and unlike other boots stay on when he’s running around as he’s a very active 7 year old but just drags his back legs.”

“Ordered a harness for my 2:3kg chihuahua. Fitted him perfectly. Lovely and soft. I have been trying to get one to fit him for over a year. Very pleased with it. Arrived quickly. I ordered one for my old dog as it’s softer than her current harness. I like the fact the clips are at the top and not behind her elbow. This too arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had ordered S/M and it was too big. It did however, fit my larger dog perfectly. I have now ordered one in small so hoping it fits when it arrives. The prices are very good in my opinion.”

“Paw covers were far to big, I bought medium as recommended buy the store but were huge and postage was nearly £4 so it wasn't worth sending them back.”

“Ordered a dog bed which should have been delivered in 48 hours. When it didn't arrive I phoned to check its progress, only to be told it wasn't in stock at the suppliers, yet no one had bothered to tell me. Had really needed to take it on holiday with us, and had I known they couldn't supply, would have made other arrangements. No bed, cancelled order, problem for senior dog - very disappointing customer service. If there is a problem, all customers want to know, not be kept in the dark.”
