“When I first brought the item it had to be returned as I had ordered too large. The company were very helpful in letting me return the item and even contacted me when it had not been returned to them. The next lot I brought came through well packaged and on time.”

“You were great in getting the boots we needed for our labrador to us in double quick time and in sorting out the size for us with replacement boots - thank you. the boots are great and certainly were useful whilst our dog had a poorly foot in need of protection.”

“We were very pleased with our "Savic" Dog Crate. It fitted the car and the dog just right. The front lip which is very useful for clearing the boot access was a little high for a young puppy to negotiate but is not a problem. The quality is excellent if a little heavy but I guess one goes with the other. More important it doesn't "rattle" in the boot so that is a bonus. All round a great success. Ronald Brown”

“Well,let's think, the order that I placed arrived inside just a few days. The harness is exactly what I was hoping for,well made,and of course, durability plays a large part. Our golden s behaviour is exemplary in every aspect,except walking,he needs to be everywhere at once,and we were unhappy with the strain he was putting on his neck.Now with your harness I m delighted to say we are making great progress. My dog,Ronan and I would like you to have a cuppa and put your feet up For the rest of the day,we feel you ve earned it.! Thank You For Caring. Ronan and Diann”
