“I ordered a dog bed but their suppliers didn't have it in stock. I was called and offered a bigger bed for no extra charge, but, as it happened, I was happy to wait the extra few days for the one I ordered to be available. The lady gave me great advice about the bed and I slightly amended my order because of what she said. My first time ordering from this company and I was very happy with their service.”

“Gave considerable help to find a suitable pair of boots for my Border Collie who has unusually shaped splayed feet and dislocated toe - sent various samples to try and find a pair that fits, with the result that Tara is now enjoying her walks again - thank you.”

“We enoy using the ball launcher which we bought from Canine Concepts. The launcher is strongly made but flexible, so uses wrist rather than shoulder action. The ball is light, though tough, so altogether the launcher makes ball throwing easier.”
