“My dog had a badly cut paw and the boots provided good protection, but only lasted for one walk/boot. We live in the countryside and the going is rough.”

“Very polite and helpful, go out of their way to help you & make sure your order is what is correct for your dog. Delivery was very quick came the following day! I would 100% recommend canine concepts and their beds. My 9 month old, old tyme english bulldog loves it doesn't want to know the sofa anymore, which is great!!. We had to buy one for my mother's english bulldog, as when he visited he wouldn't get off it & then wouldn't sleep on his bed at home anymore! We now have 2 very happy & comfy dogs. Thank you canine concepts”

“Ockert advised me to order my Savic Crate, so that I got the best price and made sure that I got my preferred delivery date. I am very pleased with my purchase and so is my dog now he has more room.The only downside was spending over an hour trying to find out Yodel's first delivery time, in case I was their first drop.I never did find out.”

“The service from the company is ok but the dog boots I wanted to buy were out of stock so I chose a more expensive pair. These proved painful and indeed the cuff was so still it cut my spaniel's leg. I then had to purchase the original boots from another company.”

“We purchased the K19 as we have a large rotweiller. An absolute marvellous piece of kit. Dog loves it, we love it and life is a lot easier on walks. Very good purchase.”

“Good fast delivery. Only problem was the product was way too large for our Saluki puppy, even though he takes a 26 in the Equafleece product which fits perfectly the hotter dog coat of the same size is way too large. It fits my Podenco perfectly, which is not really the point as it was not bought for her. Product not as nice a quality fleece as Equafleece.”
