“Bought two chocolates for my teachers. I customised them to make them suitable for each teacher. Both teacher loved their chocolates so much. One teacher nearly cried. I was really impressed with how the final product turned out and I am really happy that I ordered from candy mechanic.”

“Very disappointed that the chocolate arrived broken after shipping and even more by the customer service. After contacting them to inform them about the issue, they asked to receive pictures that they could save it for their record and proceed with a new production. After several emails, I still waiting for their answer... I won't order on this website again, and a new packaging more protective would be appreciate...”

“I first tried to order using my iPhone however I couldn’t get past the expiry date as there is no option for a forward slash within the numbers. This was slightly frustrating as had to repeat the whole selection process again on an iPad. Although I completed the order before 2pm I don’t think it was sent that day as it wasn’t received until two days later. However that said the principle is great and it was a delicious surprise.”
