“On the Wednesday that I called there was a gentle feeling of efficient professionalism in a shop manned mostly by volunteers . The shop was clean, well stocked and the music was appropriate ( not brash pop!). The staff were very welcoming, very helpful, giving time to sort out my query as well as dealing with a foreign visitor's problems with our money .”

“Overall I find the Cancer shops very good but one massive annoyance is the fact that the one in Clydebank has large signs advertising "everything £3 £2 and £1" but inside there are items way above this. It's not just one or two, examples are :- coats £7.50 shoes £5 a quilt £15 and others. I have already complained about this but nothing was done, If these articles are worth the money I have no complaint, it's the fact of the misleading signs”
