Appalling after sales service. Phone calls say office is closed during normal working hours?? Email replies come after 3 days. I am trying to return a lens within my 14 day no quibble period but seems like they are dragging it on so I miss my return by date. Also it says on the website FREE INSURED COLLECTION when returning items but when I asked about this I have been ignored for 3 days now. I would rate this service as a great big ZERO!

Appalling customer service. One of the worst experiences I ever had. Bought a camera which, 10 days later has not been delivered. They never answer fb or instagram messages while it took them 3 days to reply to my email, offering no help at all. Their phone never works. I am afraid I just wasted 450gbp. Seriously unprofessional if not a scam. Avoid them!

After getting quotes from 10+ camera shops I recently sent 8 pieces of camera equipment to Camera Jungle, I did so based on the fact that given like for like descriptions for their condition all 8 were valued highest by Camera Jungle. Camera Jungle sent me an invoice for the sale, but no break down to show the individual prices they had assessed/paid for my equipment, £232.50 less than I had been quoted. I emailed them for a breakdown of the invoice, no response, I called them for 2 days before I eventually got somebody to pickup the phone. 2 different sets of people over the following week failed to get back to me, I always had to chase them up. I eventually forced a member of staff to provide photographs of my equipment, so we could talk about the condition and how they had graded it. I was told that they would not normally provide photographs, even though as I realised they do photograph the equipment and use them on their website to sell them afterwards. The member of staff who eventually started justify the gradings then decided to make up damage and marks on some of the equipment, even though we were both looking at the same photographs. "I called her out" on her claims and she then refused to comment on what she had just claimed. At no point was I allowed to speak to the person who had assed the equipment, I believe this is done on purpose to keep customers at arms length. I sent 2 camera bodies, I used there condition as an example of how flawed there grading was, they were in completely different condition, but Camera Jungle graded them both in the poorest condition, even the GH4 which only had 383 shutter actuations! I believe that in a similar way to some Estate Agents, Camera Jungle offer the highest market prices to pull customers in and then unfairly down grade their condition so they end up paying less than the other companies. I have sold lots of camera equipment over the last 15 years to, MPB, Mifsuds, Dale Photographic, Clifton Cameras, Harrison Cameras, LCE. Ive never had any grading changed, always been able to speak to the person who's graded the equipment. Avoid Camera Jungle at all cost, I think they summed themselves up when they couldn't even take photographs of my equipment that were all in focus. Andy Nikon Professional Services Member

Purchased a very expensive lens from the website,had order conformation but tracking doesnt work and had no follow up email in 2 days,the phone number just rings constantly and then cuts off,in future i will purchase from M.B.P who are cheaper and i have never had a problem,Camera Jungle your after sales service is a disgrace.

Very poor experience and won't buy again. I bought a Nikon DSLR from Camera Jungle, paid fully and was sent a "bogus" DHL tracking number.... The Camera was not delivered and they say they are "investigating" DHL. That was weeks ago and still No acceptable solution offered: Shocking experience

Disappointing customer service Had issues with a fuji X-pro 1 body and basically had to play a game of emails back and fourth for over a week. The camera was listed as mint condition but the sensor is dirty and the eyecup (Which you cannot buy) is missing. Frustrating that nobody had called me, even when asked for them to in my emails. When you call them... the staff sound so un-enthused it makes you wonder if they're paid staff or slaves held against their will. The body itself is in mint condition and the eyecup I can live with but a dirty sensor invalidates the term mint condition - considering it affects the sole purpose of the camera. I've had to go through a week of emailing back and fourth.. for what could have been resolved on one phone call. Plus.. I paid £5 For postage, was given a date of arrival by the courier and ended up wasting the whole day sat indoors waiting for a delivery that never arrived. If you want a gamble...place an order with these guys but personally I won't order online again with them. Not because of the issues - but because of how they handle issues and the lack of any courtesy.

I bought a used Nikon lens via the internet to replace one that I had dropped and broken. The replacement lens was even better than the original and just like new so I was well pleased with the purchase. The service from Camera Jungle was good and reliable.

I commend this Company for their competative prices and prompt deliveries. The are also impressive when a problem arises like an item arriving damaged. This was promptly collected and an instant refund made.
