“After many hours of researching & visiting showrooms we opted to purchase our log burner from Calido. Despite knowing what we were after we spent a lot of time in the showroom with the very knowledgable staff (particularly John, he’s so clued up and enthusiastic but also not “salesy” like which we really liked). The selection of stoves & price point are competitive! We’ve since had our burner installed & it’s made such a difference in terms of heat & aesthetics. The addition of the complimentary starter kit is amazing, wasn’t expecting it so that was such a nice touch! Would highly recommend Calido, so pleased that we could support local & I believe “people buy from people” - 1st class service.”

“We are so pleased we shopped around and ended at Calido in Falkirk where we bought our contura 510 stove. Installed last Friday by a company recommended by them, and what a first class job they did, the stove is amazing kicking out some heat and warming the house over two floors. Excellent no pressure service and helpful throughout I have passed their details onto family and friends. The showroom is well worth a visit if you are thinking of purchasing.”

“Having previously had a much loved gas fire, wasn’t prepared to be wowed with a stove. Total game changer, absolutely. When visiting the showroom the selection John was able to show me and also very knowledgeable. John explained the pros and cons and also the plus side of a dual-fuel which has been such a difference to our home. Our dogs love it too. The look creates such a welcoming/relaxed ambiance. The installation team was first class too, initially a survey of our existing fireplace was made then a further visit for installation, they were fast/efficient and tided up after themselves. Overall, I am delighted with the quality of service from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”

“Excellent product, keeps us warm in the kitchen all winter. Present hot logs better than last years hotblocs, and just fit in our HWAM. Very friendly staff and good delivery service by palette line, though the delivery instructions can get lost if the is more than one transit involved. Much hotter, cheaper and more easily stacked than seasoned logs. Also using by-product of timber/joinery that used to be buried!”
