“Great product and great customer experience thanks to Emily and the team. On Saturday our grandson did his oh by the way mum I need a cake for the coronation celebration in school this Friday… omg that gives us just 5 days… fingers on iPads it is and we found the cake shop on Etsy. All very well but will it get here in time? Whilst we panicked, Emily and the team did the business, and our cake topper arrived on Wednesday, despite the bank holiday, and before the gluten free cake was even out of the oven. It looks fantastic and our daughter loves it too. But in the end priorities are important… bowl licked, butter icing licked, topper - not licked :-( Yippee it’s an A4 sheet with lots of edging so it tastes good too. Many thanks to the cake shop… we had lots of fun, and our daughter and grandson are also really happy.”

“I have nothing but praise for this lovely company. I was panicking trying to order personalised cupcakes for our Director's leaving do and had little time to do it. I came across Cakeshop and was delighted to discoverd they allowed multiple options for uploading pictures with personalised text - exactly what I was looking for. When I had a bit of trouble completing the order I emailed them and Emily responded straight away and could not have been more helpful, making sure that they got the order out that day. On top of all this, the price is exceptional! I would recommend this company to everyone and they deserve nothing but success in the future. Also just to add that my order came the next day and it was perfect! Thank you!”

“Could not recommend Cakeshop.com enough! After a slight glitch on the website, Emily helped me with my order straight away after emailing the help line. Within 24hours my order was sorted and being sent to me! I cant wait to use my personalised toppers on cupcakes to celebrate my partners business on its 1year Anniversary”

“Fabulous service when my grandson's cake topper didn't arrive after Royal Mail failed to deliver. I sent a desperate email just 36 hours before the party and they rushed through another order which arrived in time for the party. One very happy grandson! Thank you so much!”

“Emily was extremely helpful. I had a small problem when ordering and my order didn’t go through but I emailed them and they got back to me really quick and processed my order for me. From start to finish I was kept up to date with what I needed to know I received my order the day after I ordered it! I will 100% be using Cake shop again and I couldn’t recommend them more. I ordered the edible cake toppers for my husbands 30th birthday and they look amazing and I’m so happy with it and it’s such a reasonable price!!”

“I’m an age where customer service is often a second thought the team at Cakeshop went above and beyond sorting a problem on an order I had made. Ordering online can sometimes be scary when online scams seem to be lurking behind every quick you press. How we, Emily from cakeshop responded to me in minutes and after a quick email exchange she helped sort my problem. Aside from the excellent help the website is great, cute designs, great prices it’s worth while stopping by for all your party must haves.”

“I had an issue with my payment for my order so I contacted cake shop in the hopes they could sort it out. They were absolutely amazing, Maisie in particular! Very quick responses and nothing seemed like too much trouble! In addition to this, the quality of my topper was amazing! I will be using cakeshop from now on. One very incredibly happy customer x”
