Dear Lucia, Thank you for your honest review. We are so sorry that your order did not arrive. We know how important and date sensitive our products are and you certainly left ample time for this to be received. Your order came via our brand new website which went live in the last few weeks and unfortunately we are still ironing out the creases and fixing bugs. One of the issues we have identified in the last couple days is that the address line 2 information has not been supplied to our packing slips when our customers make their orders. This has caused a few orders to be delayed or undelivered. Obviously with no information on the building or street it is unsurprising this was not delivered. This of course is not your fault or the post service, it was an issue with our website which we didn't notice when we dispatched your order and we are incredibly sorry. What we'd love to do (as customer satisfaction is so important to us) is to re-print and send your order again tomorrow morning so that you can at least receive it and see what we are capable of delivering in terms of quality. I see your order was refunded in full as you were unable to use it. We will check back in with you at the end of the week to ensure you received your replacement - all we need from you please is the building name and street information in order to send again tomorrow :) Kind Regards, Joe Cakeshop.com (UK) Ltd
