“Ordering is very easy, the girls in the office always keep me right and delivery is prompt on a Friday. Any queries are always dealt with quickly.”

“Excellent job we had new windows and door in our porch, the guys were very good and did an excellent job considering the weather was awful very wet and windy. I would definitely use Cairngorm again, the only complaint we had no call after the job was completed to see if we were happy so no customer service. This job was completed in June 2022 and this is the first communication we have had.”

“I was supplied with a quote and no hard sell repeat calls etc but left to make my mind up. Once we agreed the Cairngorm guys arranged installation and we were given a date. The installation guys arrived on the given date and installed everything. All simple and as agreed with no issues. All as you would expect”

“My husband & I are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory, customer service was excellent, the work men were really nice & efficient any problems they sorted it out really quickly, they always pre warned us before arriving & always cleared away any mess at the end of the day, happy days 😊”

“Ordered a solar system with batteries, they sent and fitted a system with no batteries, at no point was I contacted by anyone from cairngorm. I had to contact them to get it sorted out and chase up the installation date. The installers were very good and did more to sort out the mistake than the office.”

“One of the panes of glass was badly marked and a new pane was ordered but this also had a fault inside the double glazed unit. We said that we would accept this, to save you the expense of obtaining yet another unit, if a discount could be allowed. We accepted the discount offered but it was not quite what we expected.”
