“Windows bang average at best, sliding doors pretty cheap feeling even when lock is engaged there is play in the door and trickle vents are complete junk they let a howling gale in, have had to remove and stuff with rags to stop it bringing the cold in!”

“The actual windows and doors are great. But the installation was horrendous. They left huge gaps in the woodwork, cracks on the outside and didn't change the cills. Then it took me phoning every day for two weeks before they would come back to fix it. The guy was rude when he came back and I showed him all the mistakes and the company had the cheek to send me a bill before they even corrected the work. All in all I would never go with this company again. You have to chase them up and even the corrected work has been done to a substandard finish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Terrible company!”
