“They showed a dishwasher as available to order, I ordered, they took my money. And then next day said that they couldn't actually get it. But they'd happily taken my money. If you can't maintain an up to date list of stock and verify that you have the product before you take someone's money (and delay them buying elsewhere) then you shouldn't be in business. It is STILL showing on the website as "available to order" They took my money. This is NOT acceptable. I shall be avoiding ever using this company again”

“Quite impressed I will say. I was looking for a Dishwasher and it was advertised at £343 with Currys and AO. The price increased overnight with both vendors and Currys was now selling it at £399 while AO at £379. I then found the same product at £338 with Buywise. Currys said they Price Match all products. When I showed them Buywise price, I spoke to 5 different person over a week and each came up with a different pretext not to price match the product, one even saying it is not a legit company! I reported Currys to the Trading Standards for fake publicity. I finally bought it with Buywise, a company that I never came across before, thinking they might cancel my order at the last minute as they might not have increased their price on time. But No, they honoured their price and delivered on date on time! Based on this experience I fully recommend them.”

“A morally reprehensible company. They advertised a washer dryer for sale knowing they did not have it in stock, they then took my £844 and sent me a different model. How dare they decide on what model to send me. I have 3 children without any means to wash their clothes and they will not refund my money (to buy a new machine) until they have collected the machine I didn't order. They are still advertising the model they don't have on their website so beware. I have also been charged £45 by a plumber for the false call out. This company has no morals.”

“I really appreciate being helped by a helpful Salesperson to make a decision on buying a kitchen appliance. In Buywise, you can see and choose whatever is suitable. Aftercare is also brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Such a wide range too and excellent value.”

“Absolutely Brilliant! I had contacted Buywise after I made two attempts with two other big online retailers (as they have let me down with delivery dates without stock availability) I had initially ordered the Bosch WAT28371GB (which has now been discontinued). I was completely devasted and had to shop around again to find out that Bosch had introduced a new version WAT28370GB which costs almost £80.00. But after a long conversation (crying out in dispair) with Megan from Buywise- She gave me a very attractive price (for the newer Bosch) and the delivery was free! She even slotted my delivery in for the same weekend (3 days). AMAZING!!! Loving the machine- does exactly what she explained! Ps... It does 90-degree wash!! Will continue to shop with BUYWIS£ Thank you, Megan!!!”

“Was looking for a integrated fridge freezer and came across Buywise, seen one that was £80 (candy BCBS 50) cheaper than anywhere else, phoned and had one in stock, bit worried about if they delivered to the north west, they did free of charge, they even brought delivery date forward from Feb to 26th Jan, customer service was A1, ordering was easy and effortless, I will be using buywise again, thanks Megan, Jamie and all at Buywise appliances.”

“Telephoned and spoke to Kirsty and then Amanda as had questions regarding arranging a future provisional delivery date (my home is a building site) and then problems ordering my new oven on line. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient, and placed the order for me. Now just waiting to confirm my delivery date and receive my appliance”

“After 17.5 years our dishwasher finally clapped out. Found similar at Buywise. Delivery was on time, polite genial and considered neighbours. The old one was quickly removed and new brought in, fitted and settled with a check through for operation. Packing that we didn’t want was removed and all sorted in a lovely way. Would really recommend them, much better than some other companies I won’t name. Very happy with install, now to learn...”

“With sudden breakdown of fridge I needed a replacement very quickly as medication kept in fridge. Phoned for advice and within 5 mins had ordered, paid for and arranged delivery of new fridge. Given advice on which fridge to purchase at a good price. Excellent service from Amanda. A call came through later to say delivery would be between 7.00 and 8.00 am the next morning. Perfect. I would highly recommend Buywise and will use again”

“Due to lockdown restrictions, we have not yet received the washing machine but the customer service experience for ordering was excellent, Amanda who answered all our questions pleasantly and efficiently. We look forward to delivery and installation in the not too distant future.”

“I had a problem signing in and subsequently found my first choice of dishwasher was unavailable. In two phone calls I had occasion to speak to Megan and Amanda. Both were courteous and knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry promptly without passing me on to somebody else. Megan suggested a very acceptable alternative to my unavailable first choice. I was impressed. It made a pleasant change to some other firms' phone dealings with customers. I award them both top marks”

“When the washing machine chosen was not available, Amanda quickly found a suitable alternative which was delivered in two days. The delivery driver was wearing mask and gloves and maintained social distancing throughout. I was able to begin using the machine immediately. So the whole process, from ordering the appliance to delivery, was exceptional - in line with our previous experience of dealing with Buywise.”

“We ordered a Bosch washing machine 21st March, found the web site easy to use. we had prompt confirmation and a text confirming delivery slot. Very helpful office staff and the delivery driver was helpful and very friendly. Would use Buy Wise again in the future. Excellent service especially during this difficult time.”
