“These t shirts come up rather small so you’d need to go a size bigger really and they are very see through”

We can see on your order that you have purchased B&C Sublimation t-shirts; these are made from 100% polyester making them slightly see-through compared to a cotton t-shirt. “The customer service is poor and you do not get what you order I am left with 6 t.shirts that are cotton and not sublimation so no good to me at all”

“Service from delivery was rubbish no phone calls no emails went to some shop god knows where had to send more T-shirt’s out then part was missing.all in all rubbish.”

Hi Peter, all our customers receive tracking emails on the morning of delivery, to the corresponding email or phone number provided with the order. On the odd occasion, DPD can have an issue upon delivery, as soon as we are made aware of this, we react swiftly in an efficient manner. We can appreciate the frustration in this matter, unfortunately, there is always a potential of a backorder to arise, this was the situation with your reship which when we were informed was dealt with as soon as possible. “Tee shirts were a good quality however one didn’t fit right so send message to the company but it’s 7 days now and they haven’t even replied. Probably won’t order from them again. It’s just one cheap tee shirt I know but their customer service could have been better.”

“The deliver took more than 3 weeks and I had to pay taxes for the delivery... I understand Brexit has made things harder but it was not indicated at point of sale or anywhere on the site so was a bit of a shock to get a bill from revenue and customs for almost half again of what I had already spent in order to recieve my package ...”

“I wasn’t very impressed as the hoodie I got was just stuffed in the postal bag no additional wrapper labels or anything. It had bobbles and a smell to it, almost as if someone had worn it and returned it and I was sent that.”

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your recent order. Please note that we don't individually package garments in order to keep the price down for wholesale customers. All of the items that we stock are sent new from our warehouses and we won't send returned items back out - I do apologise that this issue has occured - if you can email info@buytshirtsonline.co.uk with your WEB order number and any images of the garment you've received, we can investigate this internally and have a replacement sent out to you asap.

“Normally excellent service but the last order I placed (1 week ago) has not been dispatched although the payment has been taken! Tried to contact by both chat and phoncalls but unable to get a response from either. As the order we placed was for Christmas orders we feel very disappointed with what is normally an excellent service.”
