“My wife & I are delighted with the quality of the Quaich, Personal message inscribed as requested and Presentation Box. I was surprised at speed of well packaged delivery . I am indebted to David at buyaquaich for his help and advice in choosing a suitable Quaich for a special occasion for a friend in Madeira and for David's expert presentation of my requested inscription beautifully inscribed on the Quaich. “we were amazed by how quickly the delivery was ,I gave it a polish up and it will be delivered to Bridgetown at the weekend. I must tell you that on the day I ordered the Quaich I also send to Bridgetown a easter card to my great grandchildren and it has only been delivered to them to-day Bridgetown is only a 3hr car trip from Perth west aust -- it does not say much for our western australia postal system so thank you very much Happy Easter to all Heather Hunt”

“I am giving this company the benefit of the doubt. The silver quaich arrived on Christmas Eve with several black unpolished bits on the handles. I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since. I am assuming they have closed for the holiday but I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be an engagement gift.”

“Ordered from Canada for a member departing from our pipe band. I submitted a custom logo and text which was followed up by the next by their engraving specialist, David. Nine days later, the Quaich was on my doorstep. The presentation was very nice although the quaich did need some polishing and there was bits and pieces of dust/dirt inside. However the product, service and shipping time was impressive. I will certainly buy again for our band!”

“Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I submitted my desired engraving logo for preapproval. This was picked up by the company swiftly and tweaked for engraving. The draft was shared with me which looked excellent but most importantly, when the engraved quaiches arrived, they are sensational. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you”
