“A lot later than expected on the delivery side (probably the postal strike) The quaich is gorgeous and a lot nicer than expected and the reason for my 5 star review.”

So sorry to hear your order has not arrived. We shipped same day with the delivery service you selected which was Royal Mail 48. Industrial action by the Royal Mail has had a particular impact on RM48 orders for which I apologise.

“Looking for a suitable 21st birthday gift for my Scottish born grandson, I chanced on "buyaquaich.com". So glad I did, my questions were instantly responded to and I was rapidly sent a photo of the chosen quaich with the message and verse I had wanted. The family crest and a verse, scribed inside the bowl, with his name and date of birth on the outside. We couldn't have asked for better, it's beautiful! Thank you David Pryke of "buyaquaich.com".”

“Absolutely beautiful quaich. Engraved with my brother and his wife to be’s name and our family crest. I also ordered the box with silk lining. Really pleased with communication with company as I had to change part of the order. Quickly sent out to me. Really loved it.”
