I ordered the grinder because of the bag you advertised with it, I received a totally different bag no use to me. What really pisses me off is you couldn't get the bag advertised yet you are still advertising it!!!!!!

I purchased an item in stock with my credit card for next day delivery, received an email confirmation but never received a tracking number within 16 hours - i spent numerous times calling the advertised buyaparcel number and was met with a "all our agents are busy" message continually each time i called. Other form sent emails about packaging went unanswered also. Without any explanation or a call to me from their finance department, they refunded my purchase 20 hours later, to later claim by email, after i raised another ticket with them, that they had advised me it was a suspected fraudulent transaction - without any evidence they had contacted me. Dreadful. TL;DR I will shop elsewhere.

HI Paul, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. To explain, each transaction made with us goes through some checks of details with financial bodies such as your payment provider. Sometimes these bodies come back to us to advise we need to reverse the transaction, as details submitted may indicate a fraudulent transaction. We must strictly adhere to this advice, but do appreciate at times it is an error on the part of financial institutes and can cause inconvenience. Really poor support. Not clear how to adjust the inlet pipes on the shower. would only 'guess' and refused to contact the manufacturer to confirm

HI Daniel, Sorry to hear your are upset by the service. We understand our agent attempted to assist and advised on your enquiry. It was advised we couldn't source more detailed information than the advice slip in the box with the product. We advised how you would adjust your product which was achieved during the call. Our agent also advised it is always best to get advice of a preferred professional when fitting plumbing items if in doubt of anything, as we wouldn't want any issues for our customers resulting in damage to their home. We also suggested during the call if there was any concern with the product we are happy to raise a return for refund also. Sadly toward the end of the call you insulted our staff and ended the call. Their courier evri lost my shipment. Because that's what evri do consistently. Buy a parcel made no effort to re ship just refunded. Waste of time.

There are limited situations where we cannot re-send an item and refunds are issued. Such as a lack of stock once a carrier has lost the original shipment, however this isn't the only reason we are sometimes forced to refund over re-sending an item. Customer No NDAV2740 22/08/2022 purchased a Makita DTM51Z 18V LXT Lithium Multi Tool with Makita 191P95-1 STARLOCK 44 pc Set The Makita DTM51Z 18V LXT Lithium Multi Tool is not compatible with the Makita 191P95-1 STARLOCK 44 pc Set supplied therefore cannot be used. Photographs and emails have been sent showing that an adaptor is required to attach the tools to the Multi tool. No response or positive action taken.

Hi, We are sincerely sorry about this issue. We have been following up with supplier to attempt to resolve this problem and not getting the response we require in a timely fashion. We haven't resolved this issue in our usual timely manner at all, we want to assure you this isn't a normal experience with buyaparcel. Diverted parcel to a drop off point cos I couldn't guarantee to be home at the expected delivery time. The parcel never got to the drop point, the shop blamed the courier and the courier blamed the shop. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. Won't use buyaparcel again.

Hi Eddie, Sorry about this issue. It appears you asked for your parcel to be delivered to a certain location but it was rejected at the delivery address. I can see as soon as the goods returned to our warehouse you were refunded in full. Sadly when a delivery is rejected, it can take a long time to return to us and we have no control over the delivery being rejected ourselves. Kind regards, buyaparcel customer services.

Only gave 1 star as although the shower arrived quickly it was faulty, contacted Buy A parcel & was told nothing they could do & that I'd have to contact the manufacturer direct, very disappointed as now got to go through a load of hassle after being sent a shower that does not work properly........................... To say I'm annoyed is an understatement as having to put up with screaming children that cannot turn off the shower every day as the on-off button gets stuck, the manufacturer cannot come out for 2 weeks so we have to put up with mayhem, thanks Buy A Parcel.

HI Jim, Sorry you are unhappy, it appears you were given the following advise when you contacted us: "Hi, Thank you for contacting Buyaparcel and we are sorry to hear that your item is not functioning correctly. If the unit is still installed, you will be able to take advantage of the manufacturer's free of charge engineer service under their warranty. This involves contacting the manufacturer directly and arranging an engineer’s visit at a time that is suitable for yourself. The manufacturers engineer will test the unit on site and either repair or replace it under the warranty. Please note the engineer may ask to see a proof of purchase, if you need us to send you a copy of your sales invoice to you please let us know and a copy will be emailed to you. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover the engineer’s time if the fault is due to incorrect installation. Having it done this way avoids you having to pay any repeat plumbing costs, i.e. having the unit uninstalled and then returned back to us." We advise this to avoid you having de-install a shower, or have the costs of employing a plumber to do this for you. The manufacturer is very helpful and would send an engineer directly to your home to resolve any issues with the product. If we can assist or advise further, please do reply to our message. Not happy that when you purchase multiple items from this site they come from different suppliers and when an item has been lost by the courier BuyAParcel is not interested in resolving the issue. I had a package delivered to the wrong address, I contacted the courier and they admitted that the parcel was lost on 9 August 2022 and I was to seek a refund or replacement from the supplier. Today 12 September 2022 I still have not heard from BuyAParcel. Where is there customer services?

Not happy at all I had to return my item and pay for the postage to return it, nothing but problems, even when they received the parcel back it took weeks for them to refund my money back to me. The item I bought was misleading. I wouldn't recommend them, no offer to pay back the postage, customer service was smug and very un helpful.

Sorry you felt this was misleading, the model of the tool is advised as clearly as possible on the listing and the model you were trying to purchase isn't mentioned in the listing you purchased. When you contacted us, our team immediately assisted by raising a return for you. Sadly, due to your location you were unable to take advantage of the free postage options we provide as a kindness in these situations.
