“I didn't receive my goods. This was because the courier, DHL, lost my parcel. However, the BuyAParcel customer services assistant, Drew, was extremely understanding, efficient and polite in dealing with the issue and arranged a return direct from the courier and a full refund. This aspect of the service was very good - but I recommend that BuyAParcel change their courier, to avoid other customers having similar issues.”

“I specifically said that my purchased item be delivered to the rear of the address given as the front takes deliveries for someone else but my package was delivered to the front of the address causing a 2 day late delivery causing me to feel my purchase was stolen.”

Hi Charlie, I cannot see that instruction on the original order, perhaps you called in with that info (I couldn't see an email from you at least). I couldn't say for sure if the carrier would have carried out the instruction but they had no opportunity here as far as I could see. You should have got tracking which would include the GPS and photo of the parcel on the property it was left at to help identify its location. I hope you have a good Christmas. Take care, Mike

“The shower engine was faulty when fitted.I contacted Buy a Parcel but they asked me to use the Gainsborough warranty.I then contracted Gainsborough showers and it has taken me two months to get a resolution. Eventually they sent out a fitter who agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement but that was the wrong model. It took weeks to sort it out.”

“Ordered an Item with 1-3 day postage. When they didn't arrive 3 days later on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday , I dropped Buyaparcel a polite Email just to let them know my parcel hadn't arrived, and I wanted to make sure it was on its way and hopefully was about to arrive. But instead of a re-assurance I got an itchy, rude reply. Below is the actual email. "Hi Your item is on the way with Hermes ref --------- as the free standard delivery was chosen We expect this to be with you shortly". I chose the free standard delivery of 1-3 days and it arrived 7-8 days later. I was not happy as I could of ordered the tools from other companies with free next day delivery and some with cheap next day postage. It's not the postage that's the main issue, it's the rudeness and opening an Email from a company we hadn't used before and when things don't arrive you worry. That all said, The tools were a good price and did arrive ok but not sure I will use the company again, there's something not right when a company sings about customer importance and takes your money, with a promise, Then then you enquire about a no show parcel and you get a slap in the face Email. Sinceley. Michael.”

“Fairly decent performance wise. But does feel as though the battery is on half power compared to my last dewalt collated drill. Not too good on screws over 38mm though. Having said that it doesn't fire screws sideways & jam up as often as the dewalt model either.”

“Really can't say much about the hanging baskets we bought as they are currently stored in our garden shed and won't be used until 2022. I can however provide a warning about the delivery company used by 'buyaparcel'. Unfortunately it was Hermes! We were out when their deliveryman called and instead of placing the package in our garden at the rear of our house he chose to leave it in the middle of our next door neighbour's log pile - they have a wood-burning fire in their house. We didn't get a card advising us of the failed delivery but rather an emailed photo of where the parcel had been left. Absolutely dreadful service.”

“Once ordered got response from delivery pronto, only one problem delivery was was first set was not delivered as been problem on deliveries but that possibly down to sick staff, reset delivery and arrived on time with no problems.”
