Hi, Thanks for getting in touch and advising of this issue. Apologies your order arrived later than expected. We have looked into this issue, although shipped on time by ourselves, it seems it took twice as long as expected for the carrier to reach you with your parcel. There is no advise why this delay occured from the carrier, however, we log any and all issues with deliveries like this, to ensure they are reviewed with carriers when we review our contracts with them. Ordered as a gift for my wife on mothers day as i could not get one elsewhere and so this was the only place i could find one but had to pay almost as much extra for next day delivery as the item itself only for it NOT to come on the day but ended up arriving the following week AFTER mothers day. I did get the delivery cost refunded but it was a gift that my wife couldn't have to open on Mothers Day when it counted so didn't make up for it in any way.

Was not representative of the item I bought . Yes Makita box , but no it was not there chisel set & it was not individually packed as a set . I won’t use them again . I will go back to Howe tools or power tool world lesson learnt.

The parcel arrived on time but when opened the wrong blade was sent and not able to attach to the body. I sent it back 3 weeks ago and still heard nothing . Not a very good experience.

We received our item on the 14th of February and due to personal circumstances the item was not opened until this weekend just gone. Carry case was damaged and plug inside has bent pins and faulty. Rang customer service and because this was not inspected within 48 hours of delivery, they won't do anything about this. Not very good service - now left with a faulty item that cannot be used.

They have advised due to the length of time since ordering and delivery, unfortunately we cannot honour claims for items arriving damaged or missing. We require notification within 48 hours of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for the security and care of a shipment once it has left the posession of the carrier. Not impressed. Item advert description was ambiguous. I didn’t get what I thought I was was getting. Buy a parcel made it virtually impossible to return. Ended up with an overpriced item. Wish I’d gone elsewhere. Won’t be using again.

Prices were good but the delivery was hopeless, supposed to provide tracking info which did not happen then want an additional fee for resending the radiators, ended up getting a full refund but wasted 4 days because of their poor delivery system.

The website is very gd and everything is a very gd price but it said t would be ehre in a few days and it’s been multiple weeks since we ordered it

Hi Philip, I cannot see that you have been in contact with us about this, we didn't know you hadn't got the parcel - we don't check to see if all are signed for after sending with the carrier so excuse us, but we didn't know you hadn't had your order. So I have checked and the parcel is at DHL's depot in Jersey - it got there on the 28th November!.I have emailed customer service at DHL for info on why it is still there. When I get an answer, I can email you directly with the information. Thanks, Mike

For the first few days they were ok but very dim, then they last about half an hour even after a sunny day. Won't bother with any more!

i ordered a product and paid for saturday delivery but sadly it never arrived which caused a few problems as it was for a job, however once the care team where back in the office monday they did apologise and refund the extra delivery costs paid for. This doesn't compensate for the problems caused but at least they acknowleged the problem.

The carrier DHL let you down. The 3 staples at the top were loose and cargo was then held together by 2 straps with the paddings out of position. a week later when my plumber came to fix found the power pack was missing. it appeared the cargo might have been tipped over or tampered with.

Bought exposed Bristan shower fitting , expected 5 year warranty. Turns out after about 10 showers and 15 months , was a "Commercial fitting " with one year warranty . After 2 failed e-mails , long waiting and no response to phone calls , no response. Bristan no better , using Commmercial as excuse for poor quality. not interested in customer service. Avoid , buy elsewhere Martin . Cumbria
