“Brilliant product and service”

“Iv since bought the dewalt first and second fix nail guns and also the sds dewalt drill with chuck. Through ebay, iv not received thed items and it seems ad it was delivered but nothing was ??? I'm having to fight through ebay but as iv never had this problem iv messed up and opened dispute with PayPal.so it messed it up with ebay, the crowd told me to cancel PayPal dispute and they would refund me strait away, so stupid me did and now they are playing games and iv spent £725 off my hard ernt money as I'm trying to start my own one man band buisness up and this has had a massive impact on me, while they seem to not care about this situation nd there customer service team ie Emily isn't very polite and seems not interested, they could send my items out recorded delivery or refund me but with there attertude I don't want to deal with them again and all I want is my refund, please Emily leys resolve this as I'm not going away till you do, very upset and disappointed”

“Dropped a star because of delayed delivery. Initially the courier said the delivery address did not exist. I found this intersting as delivey was to a Somerset town not a remote part of the UK. Anyway after a couple of phone calls delivery was sorted and product arrived the following day.”

“I ordered a particular router RT0700. What turned up was the next generation of router RT0702, with a safe start function. In most cases this would be fine. But I my application - use in a cnc machine - it makes it more difficult to set up. It is OK. But it would have been better if buy a parcel had delivered what had been advertised.”

“Bad experience with them i will not recommend to anyone they advet a drill with 63 pounds battery +charger and they send me just the drill i will not buy anything from them they costumer service is bad they answer after 5 days and they blame B&Q for the error”
