“Julie was great to deal with and answered all the quetions I had. The only downside is the Toyota app.showing the progress on my order. It never updated from when I ordered to when In received my car.I asume this is an app flaw and would appreciate an explination as to why it didnt work correctly”

“Burrows Motor Company, Rotherham are such a pleasure to deal, friendly and welcoming. Excellent service in all areas and extremely knowledgeable about the cars on sale. Evalina (sorry if spelling is wrong) was so very helpful in explaining the Toyota CHR cars available, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered coffee or tea and a biscuit, which was really nice touch. When we collected our new car on the 1st of March 2024 it was made such a special occasion for us. Evalina made sure we were satisfied with our new car and explained and showed us how to use and operate various new items. Many thanks to her, the Manager and all. We communicated by visiting Rotherham branch and telephone.”
