“Rang Patrick at Worksop branch and asked him if he could spare me 10mins if i called in. I had 2 problems with the C-HR that i had recently bought as an ex demonstrator. There was a series of 5 beeps coming from the car at random intervals and not associated with any driving conditions i also have dots appearing on the sat nav screen. Patrick found that i had mistakenly checked route tracing with my stubby fingers. He fetched the youngest member (sorry I don't remember his name but he is a future star) of the sales team to listen to the strange beeps. He quickly determined that as a demonstrated car it had a telematics box fitted that the workshop had forgot to remove when i bout the car. He removed it and now everything is as it should be. Big Thanks.”

“Dealt with them via email to start with. Then met with Stephen in person and purchased a new CX-60 with quite a quick lead time in the spec I wanted. I then did the handover with Simon who was very efficient and the whole process was flawless. Would highly recommend Burrows to buy a Mazda and so far, the hybrid CX-60 is one of the best cars I've owned.”

“Read some good reviews online about Kia Burrows so decided to check them out. Dean has been our point of contact and has been extremely helpful from the point we walked into the showroom right through until the car was delivered. Dean spent time discussing which car was best for us initially and there was no pressure. Would highly recommend this branch and Dean for future customers.”
